Pricing & Availability

Please note:

We do not ask or store any credit card information, personal data or any passwords on this website.
Our activity is based on references.
If you are interested in any of our products, please contact us and we can provide original references from our customers.

Orders & Acceptance

CNC-FACTORY reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason at any time, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed.
We may attempt to contact you if all or a portion of your order is cancelled, or if additional information is needed to complete and accept your order.

Delivery & Delays

Delivery time for complete units or replacements, is around 5 – 25 working days in EU.
Please note, the actual delivery time can be impacted by:

-Weather conditions.
-Traffic.
-High volume shipments.
-Customs.
-Extreme cases like virus outbreak…etc.

Warranty claims & Procedure

-The warranty claim must be submitted in writing. (Email only.)
-Customer must ensure full cooperation during the warranty procedure.
-Any non-cooperative behavior may jeopardize the validity of the warranty & additional support.

Limited Warranty:

-CNC FACTORY warrants that all parts, except those subject to normal wear and tear* will be free from defects for 1 years from the date of manufacture, provided that machines are not misused and that correct maintenance is completed.
*(Components subject to wear during normal use and over time such as paint, flex cabling, ball-screw, linear rails & spindle.)

-CNC FACTORY reserves the right to use imported or remanufactured parts by CNC FACTORY for warranty replacement.
-Faulty parts or full units must be delivered at the customer’s expense for repair, to CNC-FACTORY`s designated place.
-Warranty covers manufacturing defects & original parts only, does NOT cover labour or service charges.
-Onsite assistance, onsite repairing, onsite maintenance is at the customer’s expense.
-Warranty void in case of any action that is not done by the manufacturer.
-Warranty void in case of any defects what caused by improper use or lack of maintenance.
-All resold products that make up accessories and secondary components (such as, but not limited to, spindles, vacuum pumps, extractors, etc.) are covered by their own manufacturer’s warranty.
-Any unpaid service fees automatically voids the further warranty & support. *
-There is no warranty other than the above.

Downtime or other losses:

-CNC-FACTORY is not liable to Buyer, or any customer of buyer for loss of profits, lost data, lost products, loss of revenue, loss of use, cost of down time, business good will, or any other incidental or consequential damage, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising out of or related to the machine or components, other products or services provided by manufacturer or seller, or the failure of parts or products made by using the machine or components, even if manufacturer or seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
-Manufacturer’s liability for damages for any cause, whatsoever shall be limited to repair or replacement, at the discretion of manufacturer, of the defective parts, components or machine.

Health and safety:

-Use this cnc machine only at your own risk.
-Always use appropriate protection such as safety glasses and gloves.
-DO NOT approach the machine while it is in operation.
-DO NOT leave machine unattended.
-Regardless of the accident, the operator of the machine assumes full responsibility for possible health damage resulting from improper use of the CNC machine and lack of protective equipment.
-Health and property insurance is the customer’s own responsibility.

Extended Warranty*

-Extended warranty covers manufacturing defects & original parts only, does NOT cover labour or service charges.
-Maintenance services, repairing services, backup services have a fee what not covered by warranty.
-Any unpaid service fees automatically voids the further warranty & support. *
*Parts covered after standard warranty: Mainboard, drivers, powersupply.

Returns & Refunds.

-Refund claims must be made in writing within 5 working days. (e-mail only).
-Full refund only accepted, for unused & unopened products.
-No refunds during the lead & inspection time.
-Returned products must be delivered at the customer’s expense, to CNC-FACTORY`s designated place.

*In the case of a refund, the free training will be charged at the normal training price, the materials used during the training will be deducted from the sale price.
—
*Refunds are NOT possible for custom made machines and orders.
*Please note that the Echo 2750 and Echo 1250 models are made to order only, we do not keep them in stock. In this case, refunds are no longer possible after the production process has begun.
*No refund for deposit after 20 working days or after the production process has begun.

Standard technical support

Standard customer support for hobbyist & private users.
Standard customer support includes:

– Fault finding & problem solving via documentation & E-mail only.
– Warranty claims. (E-mail).

Premium customer support available for businesses, if products purchased on original price. (Otherwise standard services apply)
Premium features are available for Pro & Ultra models only.

– Personalized training for your business.
– Prioritized & quick online / phone assistance.
– Warranty claims. (E-mail only)

-Basic training will be provided for all our customers at the time of purchase.

*Please note, operator(s) won`t get any certifications at the end of the training.
*Free training will normally take a few hours.
