This Website and all content is provided on an “as-is” basis with limited warranties or conditions of any kind. We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time.

You acknowledge, by your use of this Website, that it is at your sole risk, that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of this Website, and that neither CNC-FACTORY nor any of its partners shall be liable for any damages of any kind related to your use of information from this Website.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the CNC-FACTORY goods and services provided here are and will remain the exclusive property of CNC-FACTORY and its licensors. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the European Union and foreign countries.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions gives you a right to use the CNC-FACTORY name or any of the CNC-FACTORY trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding CNC-FACTORY or CNC-FACTORY services is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.

Pricing & Availability

Please note: We do not ask or store any credit card information, personal data or any passwords on this website.

Our activity is based on references. If you are interested in any of our products, please contact us and we can provide original references from our quality customers.

  • All goods and services offered on the Website are subject to availability
  • Prices are subject to change without notice at any time

Orders & Acceptance

CNC-FACTORY reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason at any time, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed. We may attempt to contact you if all or a portion of your order is cancelled, or if additional information is needed to complete and accept your order.

Delivery & Delays

Delivery time for complete units or replacements is around 5-25 working days in EU.

Please note, the actual delivery time can be impacted by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic
  • High volume shipments
  • Customs
  • Extreme cases like virus outbreak, etc.

*If any delays occur, please contact us or your courier.

Limited Warranty

CNC-FACTORY warrants that all parts, except those subject to normal wear and tear, will be free from defects for 1 year from the date of manufacture, provided that the machine is not misused and proper maintenance is performed.

*Components subject to normal wear include paint, flex cabling, ball screws, linear rails, and the spindle.

Extended Warranty

An extended warranty (+2 additional years) is available for machines purchased at the original price. It covers electronic components only, such as the power supply, mainboard, drivers, and sensors.

Warranty Terms:

  • Faulty parts or full units must be returned at the customer’s expense to CNC-FACTORY’s designated service location
  • CNC-FACTORY reserves the right to use imported or remanufactured parts for warranty replacements
  • The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and original parts
  • Onsite assistance, repairs, or maintenance are at the customer’s expense
  • The warranty is void if any modifications or repairs are made by unauthorized personnel
  • The warranty is void if damage occurs due to improper delivery, misuse, or lack of maintenance
  • Accessories or secondary components (e.g., vacuum pumps, extractors, etc.) are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty
  • Any unpaid service fees will void further warranty and support
  • No other warranties apply beyond the terms stated above

Warranty Claims & Procedure

  • All warranty claims must be submitted in writing via email — no exceptions
  • Customers must fully cooperate throughout the warranty process
  • Lack of cooperation may result in termination of the warranty and support eligibility

Downtime or Other Losses

CNC-FACTORY is not liable to the buyer or any third party for loss of profits, data, revenue, product, or use; cost of downtime; business goodwill; or any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the machine or its components — even if CNC-FACTORY has been advised of such possibilities.

Manufacturer liability is strictly limited to repair or replacement of defective parts, components, or the machine itself, at CNC-FACTORY’s discretion.

Insurance / Health & Safety

  • Use the CNC machine at your own risk
  • Always wear appropriate safety equipment (e.g., safety glasses and gloves)
  • Do not approach the machine while it is in operation
  • Do not leave the machine unattended
  • The operator assumes full responsibility for health risks resulting from improper use or lack of safety measures
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to secure appropriate health and property insurance

Returns & Refunds

Important Refund Policy:

  • Refund claims must be made in writing within 5 working days (email only)
  • Full refund accepted for unused products only
  • No refunds during the lead & inspection time
  • Customer must pay for any damage caused by improper usage

No refunds will be issued in cases where the machine has been tested or demonstrated prior to purchase using the requested materials or patterns, and has been shown to be suitable for the intended task.

This applies even if:

  • The machine is later deemed “not suitable” for the work by the customer, or
  • The preparation required to perform the task with the machine is “considered excessive”

Offers & Discounts

  • Customers purchasing machines at a discounted price receive the standard 1-year warranty
  • Extended warranties (up to 5 years) are available for purchase

Standard Technical Support

Applies to customers who purchase machines at a discounted price.

Includes:

  • Standard training (see below)
  • Fault finding and problem resolution via documentation and email
  • Warranty claims via email

Premium Technical Support

Applies to customers who purchase at full price.

Includes:

  • Personalized training
  • Prioritized onsite or phone support
  • Warranty claims via email

  • Phone and warranty support available Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (excluding public holidays, business holidays and weekends)
  • Terms and conditions apply

Training

Basic training is provided at the time of purchase.

Training Includes:

  • Machine setup
  • General design instruction
  • CNC operation basics
  • Maintenance guidelines

*Note: No certifications will be issued. Training typically lasts 2–3 hours. For custom training, please contact us in advance.
