Please note:

We do not ask or store any credit card information, personal data or any passwords on this website.
Our activity is based on references.

Orders & Acceptance

CNC-FACTORY reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason at any time, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed.
We may attempt to contact you if all or a portion of your order is cancelled, or if additional information is needed to complete and accept your order.

Delivery & Delays

Delivery time for complete units or replacements, is around 5 – 25 working days in EU.
Please note, the actual delivery time can be impacted by:

-Weather conditions.
-Traffic.
-High volume shipments.
-Customs.
-Extreme cases like virus outbreak…etc.

Warranty claims & Procedure

-The warranty claim must be submitted in writing. (Email only.)
-Customer must ensure full cooperation during the warranty procedure.
-Any non-cooperative behavior may jeopardize the validity of the warranty & additional support.

Warranty Terms

-CNC FACTORY warrants that all parts, except those subject to normal wear and tear* will be free from defects in material or workmanship for 1 year from the date of manufacture, provided that machines are not misused and that correct maintenance is completed.

-CNC FACTORY reserves the right to use imported or remanufactured parts by CNC FACTORY for warranty replacement.

-All resold products that make up accessories and secondary components (such as, but not limited to, spindles, vacuum pumps, extractors, etc.) are covered by their own manufacturer’s warranty.

*Components subject to wear during normal use and over time such as
 paint, labels/decals, finish/condition, moving parts as seals, 
flex cabling, ball-screw, guide rails, spindle, etc., 
are excluded from this warranty.*

CNC-FACTORY is NOT responsible for any damage to parts, machines, business premises or other property of Buyer, or for any other incidental or consequential damages that may be caused by a malfunction of the machine or components.

CNC-FACTORY is NOT liable to Buyer, or any customer of buyer for loss of profits, lost data, lost products, loss of revenue, loss of use, cost of down time, business good will, or any other incidental or consequential damage, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising out of or related to the machine or components, other products or services provided by manufacturer or seller, or the failure of parts or products made by using the machine or components, even if manufacturer or seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Manufacturer’s liability for damages for any cause of whatsoever shall be limited to repair or replacement, at the discretion of manufacturer, of the defective parts, components or machine.

Limited Warranty Coverage

-Warranty covers manufacturing defects & original parts only.
-Faulty parts or full units* must be delivered at the customer’s expense, to CNC-FACTORY`s designated place.
-Repaired or replaced defective goods will be delivered to customer’s address at CNC-FACTORY`s expense.
-Delivery time for replacement parts or complete units approximately 5-15 working days, which can vary in certain situations.
-Overnight or express delivery is at the customer’s expense.
-Onsite assistance, onsite repairing service, onsite maintenance service is at the customer’s expense.
-There is no warranty other than the above.

Warranty does NOT cover

-Warranty covers manufacturing defects & original parts only.
-Warranty void in case of any action that is not done by the manufacturer.
-Any defects what caused by improper use or lack of maintenance.
-Any unpaid services automatically voids the further warranty. *
-Natural wear & tear.
-Free items.*

Extended Warranty*

-Extended warranty covers manufacturing defects & original parts only, does NOT cover labour or service charges.
-Maintenance services, repairing services, backup services have a fee what not covered by warranty.

-Any unpaid service fees automatically voids the further warranty & support. *

Returns & Refunds.

-Full refunds only apply to unused and unopened products.
-Requests must be submitted in writing within 5 working days. (E-mail only).
-Returning the product is the buyer’s responsibility.
-No refunds during the lead time.
-In the case of custom-made machines, no refunds will be given.
—
–Make sure you return the item within 30 days, as between 30 days and six months,
you’re only entitled to a repair or replacement,
not a refund.

*In the case of a refund, services such as "free training" will be charged at the normal training price and will be deducted from the sale price.
*In the case of a refund, the materials used during the training will be deducted from the sale price.
* In the case of a refund, all "free" products must be returned.
*Any damage will be charged and deducted from the sale price.

Refund of deposit(s)

-Requests must be submitted in writing within 20 working days. (E-mail only).
-No refunds after that.
-In the case of custom-made machines or special orders, no refunds.

Standard technical support

Standard customer support for hobbyist & private users.
Standard customer support includes:

– Fault finding & problem solving via documentation & E-mail only.
– Warranty claims. (E-mail).

Premium customer support available for businesses, if products purchased on original price. (Otherwise standard services apply)
Premium features are available for Pro & Ultra models only.
